Job Description:
The professional services engineer (PSE) will have close contact with functional and technical personnel at customer sites. The PSE will effectively manage the off-site personnel and work closely with engineering teams to provide product customization and best practices to customers. The PSE will be the expert in product configuration, deployment and customer best practices.

Qualifications:

• Good programming background in socket programming
• Good problem solving and debugging skills. Familiarity with debugging tools such as truss, gdb etc.
• Great communication skills and ability to handle various customer issues concurrently
• Willingness to travel on short notice
• Sound knowledge of C and C++
• Working knowledge of Web Technologies
• Working knowledge on Databases and Application servers • Working knowledge on LDAP Directory Servers and CA servers
• Familiar with Multi-threaded programming on windows and Unix platforms
• Good knowledge of Unix scripting and Javascript
• Ability to self-learn and work with multiple third party products and technologies
• Familiarity with security and cryptographic technologies with be an added advantage
• Familiarity with hardware encryption devices such as nCipher will be added advantage
• B.E. or B.Tech. with 5-6 years experience in product development or support.
