Job Description:
The QA Manager will lead a software QA team and work closely with engineering, product management, and services teams to ensure the company's digital identity and authentication software product quality meets the needs of our demanding customers. The QAM will:

• work closely with engineering teams and suggest quality initiatives and processes to improve overall customer experience with the product
• take initiatives to create sound quality process within the organization
• create test plans and guide the team for test case development and execution
• measure product quality by collecting and publishing relavant QA metrices periodically to senior management and across teams

The QA manager will play a vital role since our software products are critical for ensuring online security of our customers' eBusiness applications.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Java and C++
• Good knowledge in Perl and shell scripting
• Must have worked on Windows and Unix platforms
• Ability to plan and create strategy to improve product quality and deliverables
• Should have managed medium sized teams of QA leads and engineers
• Familiarity with test automation
• B.E or B.Tech. with 8-9 years experience in quality engineering
