Job Description:
The content manager is part of the company's product management team. The CM balances technical expertise with marketing and customer service knowledge, providing the technical documentation framework around the packaging and presentation of the company's product suite. Primary responsibilities include:

• Creating content for product specific trainings for customers and partners
• Define the roadmap and content for each training sets and possible certifications if any

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to define course work with help from other teams
• Knowledge management and aggregation from different teams needed to formulate course work
• Good in written and verbal English communication
• Ability to understand the target audience and define course work accordingly
• Gradually create internal training programs for product to all new hires
• B.Tech/B.E/Masters with 6-8 years technical content planning and course design
