Arcot leads the world in cardholder authentication. Working with Visa, we co-invented the secure payment protocol all three card networks use to prevent identity theft and online fraud: Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and JCB J/Secure. Arcot provides compliant solutions for both card issuers and online merchants, which verifies users identities in real-time. Over 11,000 card-issuing banks and 25,000 online merchants use Arcot to protect the identities of over 17 million consumers worldwide.

We offer our cardholder authentication solutions in both hosted and licensed formats. We provide a SAS-70 certified, PCI-compliant hosted service for issuers for the Visa, MasterCard, and JCB programs. We process tens of thousands of authentication transactions per day for our customers. We also license our cardholder authentication software to those customers who wish to host the software themselves.
