Arcot Systems Hires Keith Goldstien as New Vice President, Channels

Seasoned Channel Partner Development Executive Joins Arcot Management Team

Sunnyvale, CA -- September 19, 2005 — Arcot Systems, Inc. a global provider of online strong authentication and electronic signing solutions, announced that Keith Goldstein has joined the company's management team as Vice President, Channels. In this role, Mr. Goldstein will be responsible for developing and executing Arcot's strategy to expand its market reach via strategic alliances with technology and systems integration partners.

With a successful background in major account sales at NCR Corp in New York City and San Francisco, Mr. Goldstein spent the last 10 years in business development beginning at NCR and then at SGI. During his tenure at SGI, he worked with companies such as Oracle, Computer Associates, Baan, PeopleSoft, and other technology vendors in the CRM, Enterprise Management, Middleware, and Security segments, enabling them to expand their business by porting their applications to the SGI Irix platform, resulting in $250M in enterprise server sales for SGI.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Goldstein joined TIBCO Software in 1998, prior to their IPO, where he established and rapidly expanded the company's OEM and Alliances program. In the 5 years under his leadership, the TIBCO ecosystem grew to over 150 companies which included OEM relationships with Yahoo!, Salesforce.com, CISCO, Motorola, Ariba, Hewlett Packard, PTC, NCR/Teradata, and Borland -- driving over 10% of the company's license revenue. He also established strategic relationships for TIBCO with Accenture, HP, Deloitte Consulting, BearingPoint and CapGemini/EY. Service revenue associated with TIBCO implementations grew as high 20X based on the relationship strategy and framework that Mr. Goldstein put in place.

Mr. Goldstein joins Arcot from BroadVision where, in the past year, he supported the company's launch of Process, a BPM tool, by implementing a partner program in which 50 companies participated including Deloitte, CapGemini, and Unisys. He also expanded the company's OEM relationships with HP, NCR and Siemens Medical Systems before the company was acquired.
